An online shop is a different thing from a site. There is a system underneath it keeping track of payments and stock, and that means different work, different costs and different terms. That is why it sits here on its own and not as a third package.
A subscription you can never get out of is not a subscription, it is a trap. So the end date is in there from the start.
Term and trial. The first 60 days are a trial: if it is not for you, you pay only the setup and the months you used.
Building towards ownership. The second year runs on. Want out earlier and own it outright? Then you buy it out through month 24.
Handover. Design, texts, photos and files go to you. The domain was in your name from day one.
Maintenance, if you want. €29 a month on Basic, €49 on Plus. Or you take it over yourself and pay nothing more.

Client work was built for a real client and is live. Redesign is a new design for an existing site. Concept is a business we invented and built to show how we approach a trade — those businesses do not exist and the prices, names and review figures in them are made up.

No. We do not build anything that ties you to us — that would mean you need us for something you already have. Your calendar, your shop, your till, your bookkeeping: they all stay exactly as they are, and we build the button to them on your site.
What changes is where someone starts. Right now they start somewhere between your competitors in a search result. From then on they start on your own site.
Because a site nobody keeps up is wrong within six months. Prices change, a colleague leaves, the Christmas hours are still up, and Google wants to see that something is happening.
The monthly amount covers hosting, maintenance, your changes and your Google profile. After 24 months the site is your property and you can stop or take over the maintenance.
The contract renews yearly unless cancelled. If you want to stop, you cancel in writing at least two months before the end of the contract year.
Cancelling properly after year one costs you nothing. The site stays up and the domain comes with you — it was in your name all along.

After that, the remaining instalments of the running contract year become payable at once. That is not a penalty but the remainder of what you already committed to.
Probably. We build every site from the same components with different data and its own look, and that works as well for a barbershop as for an electrician, an online shop or a hotel. The work above runs from kitchenware to a running event.
Where it does not work: if you need a site that does more than inform and hand off — a membership system, a booking engine, stock management. We do not build those, and we will say so straight away.
You do, always. The domain is in your name from day one; we only manage the DNS settings so the site keeps working.
Our design, components and integrations stay ours — we use those for other businesses too. At the handover in month 24 you receive the design, the texts, the photos and the files as an export.
Direct debit on the first of the month, by mandate. That is required — it saves us both chasing invoices, and it is the reason we can do this for €69.
